This is the second time I've bought a car from Hutchens and on both occassions, the sales experience was top notch. Larry Fleming was the salesman I dealt with twice and having bought many cars throughout my life, none can compare to Larry. He is straight forward, personable, and understanding. I had called Larry the morning I went in and without even saying who I was Larry new me by name - it had been close to 5 years since I bought my last car. Throughout that 5 year period had a uniqu nack to kkep touch with me in an unobtrusive manner. Just enough contact to know he was there, to keep him in my mind, yet not to bother. When i told him I would be coming in later to buy a car. He said great and would be glad to see me. I retorted to him not to get too excited because I had a quite a challenge for him. Larry never balked commenting that it was not a problem he was sure they could set me up. I went in and we looked at a couple cars found the one that met my needs. Larry represented my needs to his leadership and Hutchens position to me in a manner that let's you know he is genuine and loves his job. I traded in two cars and I was significantly upside down in one of them. Throughout the negotiations I gave a little and Hutchens gave a little. Silverado 2009 dealership and service was fine, the fact that the evap solenoid has beeen replaced once under warranty and now again at 84K is a indication of a sub standard part and/or poor design and installation from the manufacturer. This will be the last time this service will be done at the dealership, if I have anything to do with it. With a 10% discount, at $362, I can replace it my self for much lees than $100. I look for value in getting my vehicle serviced and this appears to be a cash cow. If it is a design/installation flaw, I intend to correct this, the next time that it fails. Read More >>

The only thing that kept this experience from being great was that the salesperson took an hour of my families time to show us all of the navigation system in another Traverse and come to find out mine doesn't even have this feature.
